Help with Archived Race Videos

    Web Browsers

    IGB video archives will play on most browsers  including Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explore &Safari.

    Known issues with Internet Explorer 

    If you are having trouble watching the archive videos in Internet Explorer and when you click on the red video icon on the website but nothing happens it is possible that you have IE set to run in compatibility mode. To check this go to Tools - Compatibility View settings. Make sure that igb.ie is not in the "Websites you've added to Compatibility View:" if it is then remove it.

    Player Devices

    Greyhound Racing fans can now watch on most devices including Windows PC’s/Laptops, AppleMacs, iPhones, iPads, Android phones and Android Tables. 

    Available bandwidth

    To watch race videos you need broadband. If you are having trouble watching videos – if for example the picture is jumpy and stop start – then your broadband may not be fast enough. To test the speed of your broadband click on the link below:

    The minimum speed required to watch videos is 350K. The recommended speed required to watch videos is 500K
