A1/A2 MEMBER’S FINAL THE FEATURE AT ENNISCORTHY

Ian Fortune

There will be a good crowd on hand at Enniscorthy this evening for fundraiser for the Monageer/Boolavogue Strictly Come Dancing.

There should be a great atmosphere with plenty to entertain the patrons, although the feature on the track is undoubtedly the Rochecon Construction A1/2 Members Final.

Semi-final form suggests it could be an all-Butler affair with the Anton Butler trained Mayflower Storm and the Liam Butler senior and junior owned Robbie Be Slick expected to dominate the betting.

Robbie Be Slick is seen as the most likely pace-setter from four, although Lemon Defoe is also likely to go up fast on the outside of the track. The draw favours Mayflower Storm, however. The promising youngster has won five of his seven career starts and is drawn on the right side of what is perceived as his main dangers.

Mayflower Storm is chosen to take charge off the second turn to see off Robbie Be Slick and Lemon Defoe.
