With the Dublin Cup well underway and continuing at Shelbourne Park tonight, the Gold Cup on the horizon and the Rural Kennels Open Unraced getting underway at Clonmel last night, it’s safe to say 2026 is underway and beginning to gain momentum.

Of course, the Juvenile Classic is also fast approaching, meaning a whole host of potential superstars will have debuted in the opening five weeks of the year. It may be a quiet time on the calendar but things get pretty heated very quickly and it’s worth keeping on top of all the action as we will be hearing so much more from those in action at present through the remainder of the year.
