ANOTHER BUSY IRISH FOCUS ON SISRACING.TV

Ian Fortune

We will once again visit a number of tracks on tonight’s Irish Focus on sisracing.tv, finishing up at Shelbourne Park.

We kick off proceedings at Kilkenny where we will look back on the two semi-finals of the Deadly Kennels McCalmont Cup. We also make a flying visit to Newbridge to bring you the fastest opening round winner in the Brownstown Tango & NTSC Open Bitch Unraced 525.

Saturday’s action kicks off with a look at the semi-finals of the SSO Personnel Cork Oaks and a massive run on the undercard from a subsequent Kirby Memorial entry. WE will also bring you a big run from Limerick as we look ahead to the aforementioned Kirby Memorial

It’s then onto Galway for the final of the Kilcolgan Castle Connacht Derby which was won in fine style by yet another Kirby Memorial runner, Droopys Map.

There was a fine run in the final of the Deise Plastering Novice 730 at Waterford from Blackstone Cola and we will reflect on her performance and look to the future, while we end proceedings at Shelbourne Park with the opening round of the Shelbourne Park Bookmakers Easter Cup providing Droopys Kathleen the stage to send out a reminder of how very special she is. We will look back at her standard-setting run and the other impressive displays in the opening round.

The Irish Focus will go live at 6pm so head over to https://www.sisracing.tv/tag/irish/ and remind yourself of what a wonderful weekend it was in Irish greyhound racing.
