JOHN FERRIS

It’s with sadness we must report the passing of a John Ferris, a prominent member of the Northern Irish greyhound racing community.

John owned and trained many top greyhounds through the years but his undoubted star was Lemon Velvet, who holds the 575yd record at Drumbo Park.

A gentleman and popular figure wherever he went, he will be sadly missed. We send on our sincerest condolences to his children Darren and Kellie, extended family and many friends.

A private funeral will be held on Friday 15th April at 10:40am in Roselawn Crematorium
