WALT AN EYE-CATCHING LOT IN LATEST GREYHOUND TRADER AUCTION

Recent Easter Cup semi-finalist and last year’s Champion Plate winner Ballymac Walt is set for a new home after appearing as the main attraction in the latest greyhoundstrader.com on-line auction.

The pre English Derby auction is currently underway on the platform and Ballymac Walt is just one of a number of very talented Irish trained greyhounds up for sale.

Others include the powerful Ballinabola Una, Ballinabola Jim, Good Hope and last year’s Derby semi-finalist Clonrooske Sydney.

There are also a few younger prospects in the sale including Ballymac Rebel, Ballymac Sargie and Itsallabouted. The on-line auction is set to continue until 6pm on Sunday evening but, no matter the outcome, it seems certain that a number of talented trackers will soon by plying their trade in the UK.
