All at Curraheen Park are looking forward to a busy month or so at the lovely Cork venue.
The management at the track along with the Curraheen Park Supporters Club deserve a special mention as the racing this year has been top class. That’s set to continue over the next couple of months with a top class card on Saturday night coming and with the feature of the year, the Bar One Racing and Friends and Supporters of Cork Greyhound Racing Irish Greyhound Laurels getting underway on Saturday, September 7.
Looking ahead to Saturday night, all eyes will be on the €5,000 Bar One Racing and Friends and Supporters of Cork Greyhound Racing one off race. Also the €4,000 to the winner Galloping Kennels A3 Event and the €2,000 to the winner Michael Cahill Memorial Race. It promises to be another night to remember at the Cork track.
We must thank all our great sponsors and in particular at this time of the year, with the feature only a couple of weeks away, Barney O’Hare and all his great team at Bar One Racing. Saturday night is the perfect way to get us counting down the days to the opening round of the Irish Greyhound Laurels.
