HUNTERS PILOT A BRILLIANT WINNER OF THE ROSE OF TRALEE STAKE

HUNTERS PILOT, for Ariyah Culhane and Kaylah Culhane, ran out a brilliant winner of the €2,000 to the winner Xcel With Your Racer Rose Of Tralee A4 final on Saturday.

After clocking 28.23 in the semi-final, the August puppy was sent to traps as the well-fancied 1-2 favourite, and although the exciting tracker didn't produce his quickest start, he still proved a class apart.
Pacing up well down the centre of the track, he took up the running midway down the back straight, and from there, it was all one-way traffic up front. Another stunning display, clocking 28.63, four and a half lengths clear of Chippy Treaty.
