Local trainer Kieran Lynch can do no wrong in recent weeks and he struck gold at Curraheen Park again on Saturday night as PARKVIEW CASH impressed in winning the €4,000 to the winner Galloping Kennels A3 Final, which was kindly sponsored by Pat Creed.
It looked like a wide open event on paper, but when Parkview Cash produced one of his best starts and took up the running at the opening corners, it was soon race over. To be fair, Uisce Beatha was running well on the back straight and it looked like it might get tight on the turns for home, however, the 6-4 winner was strong up front. In the ownership of Eoin Ivers, John Maher and John Quinn, Parkview Cash stayed on well up the home straight to beat Uisce Beatha, by a length and a half, in 28.31.
