Most well-known for his GAA achievements, Jimmy is of course a valued member of our own sporting community and in 2020 we also inducted him to our Greyhound Racing Hall of Fame. You can recap on the moment below.
Just one day later, another great Cork sportsman was making the headlines as champion jockey, Davy Russell, announced his retirement.

Davy joined the team in Curraheen Park to make the draw for the 1st Round of the Friends and Supporters of Cork Greyhound Racing Irish Laurels a few months back. Take a look at the video below for a chat with him on the night.
