Orange Eimear is clearly a young bitch to follow after posting a stunning 28.22 at Drumbo Park on Friday night in what was just her second career start and her first over four bends.

Hailing from a talented family, the daughter of Droopys Sydney and Orange Theresa moved with real fluency to put real distance between herself and her rivals.

Granted this was only an A6 contest but Noel McMullan’s January ’21 couldn’t have been any more impressive. Maintaining a relentless gallop right to the line, she eventually emerged a sixteen length scorer.

Who knows where Orange Eimear will turn up next but, needless to say, he is worth keeping an eye on. Watch this space.
