NASEEM AGAIN FASTEST IN JOE SHOW

The Joe Show ON2 Unraced continued at Kilkenny on Friday night and Prince Naseem and Droopys Prairie did enough to win their respective heats.

The opening semi-final saw Prince Naseem (8/11) and Unanimous Jax (6/4) dominate the betting and they also proceeded to dominate on the track.

Unanimous Jax actually set the pace to the turn and for much of the journey but Prince Naseem (Droopys Sydney/ Razldazl Annie) was always in his slipstream. Trained by Shaun Conway for Kim Bergin, Prince Naseem was too strong for his rival in the closing yards, coming through to win by a half length in 29.41. 

PRAIRIE MAKES ALL

Murt Leahy and Pat Grimes were on the mark in the second heat as Droopys Prairie came home in front after making every inch.

The daughter of Dorotas Wildcat and Droopys Charm got first run on her rivals and she made full use of her advantage.

Lemon Bundee again displayed plenty of pace to emerge from the crowd for second but had too much to do. Instead, Droopys Prairie ran out a comfortable two and a half length scorer in 29.52
