MARISSA AND MOFO RECOGNISED IN GALWAY SPORTS STAR AWARDS

We reported a while back how Raha Mofo had been recognised for her incredible achievements in 2022 with a Medtronic Galway Sports Stars Award. Well, the presentation took place last weekend at a gala banquet in the Galway Bay Hotel.

Of course, Marissa Molloy, who is lucky enough to own Raha Mofo was on hand to accept the trophy and the pictures can be seen on Greyhound Racing Ireland’s various social media accounts.
During her wonderful 2022, the Murt Leahy trained Raha Mofo won eleven times, capturing the Sporting Press Irish Oaks at Shelbourne Park and also winning the Galway Oaks, breaking and equalling the track record in the prelims.
