The greyhound industry lost another great supporter in recent days with the news of the death of Mick Bourke, Barnane, Tipperary.
Mick ran his greyhounds under the ‘Devilsbit’ prefix and some may remember him as having the stud dog, Game Ball, in the early eighties. Mick was a great supporter of greyhound racing and even today, his grand-son, Joe, maintains an interest and keeps several greyhounds. Deepest condolences are extended to Mick’s Family and friends at this time.
May he rest in Peace.
