Dawncourt River (Pestana-Clonbrien Millie) was the top lot at the Curraheen Park sales on Saturday morning.
The August puppy was a previous winner in A3 company around Limerick when clocking 28.64 and he backed that up with another stunning display around the Cork circuit, posting 28.55 and winning by a wide margin. The exciting young talent was sold for €3,400.
Alexandra Palace (Dorotas Wildcat-Lululemon) was another to impress as the Feburay youngster stopped the clocking at 29.28. It was a really likeable display after crowding and he was later sold for €2,600. Plenty more to come from this young tracker.
Zoomey Express (Droopys Sydney-Oneinarow) had clocked 29.32 in qualifying and everything went wrong for the March puppy in her sales trial, however, she still showed plenty of promise when third to Take A Drop. Five and a half lengths back, and she made €1,900.
Take A Drop (Droopys Sydney-Miss Pickpocket) impressed with a lovely 29.08 winning run. The January puppy looks like a nice dog and he made €2,300.
September puppy Mickeys Matt (Droopys Sydney-Matts Marine) had strong recent form in the book and she confirmed that with a strong 28.89 winning run. The pacey performer made €1,700.
Two lengths back in second was Scratched (Good News-Fair Act) who was moved on for €1,600.
A short head second to Alexandra Palace, December puppy Jacktavern Bruno (Laughil Blake-Blundel Spark) was a €1,500 purchase.
A previous 29.15 winner around Limerick at A5 level, Elms Cup, a February son of Droopys Sydney and Boherna Abbie ran out a 29.43 winner and was then sold for €1,400.
Knockhillgoold (Good News-Ballybrack Gem) clocked a speedy 17.65 around the 330-yard trip and the experienced performer was sold for €1,400.
