Threesixfive set the pace in the second round of the Mary Ramsbottom Memorial ON2 525 at Kilkenny on Friday evening.

One of the rank outsiders, Westpoint Inky set the pace into the turn but was headed by Threesixfive between the opening two bends.

Dun Loich then gave chase but there was no stopping the Scott Phelan trained Threesixfive as she stayed on well to secure a comfortable three and a half length victory in 29.16.

Capitan Garifo was just behind her on the clock as he dominated to come home in front in the last of the three heats. Ken Busteed’s well bred youngster increased his lead into the back straight and he eventually came home with four and a half lengths in hand on Avongate Versace in 29.19.

The strapping Kilcarrig Magpie maintained his unbeaten record in Heat 2. Racing prominently into the corner, Ann Guilfoyle’s charge led the field into the back straight and proceeded to see off Bull Run Best by two and a half lengths in 29.36.
