ACE NAMED GREYHOUND OF THE YEAR IN THE UK

The Royal Lancaster Hotel played host to the 2021 GBGB Awards on Sunday evening and Signet Ace was named as Greyhound of the Year.

The Kevin Hutton trained star captured the Select Stakes, Eclipse and Winter Derby in a stellar 2021 and was clearly a deserving winner of this latest award.

Other winners on the night included the 2021 English Derby champion Thorn Falcon, who was named Newcomer of the Year, Jaguar Macie was Bitch of the Year, Salacres Pippy was Stayer of the Year while the Marathon Performer of the Year was Aayamza Royale.
