The death took place on the 15th October of Elizabeth (Betty) Flood.
She owned and bred Suir Miller - winner of the 1980 Irish Greyhound Derby. He was trained by Michael Barrett and the competition was sponsored at the time by Carrolls.
She lived in Golden, Co. Tipperary and would be well known in greyhound circles in Tipperary and a regular at Clonmel.
Flood (Née Kelly): Ballyslateen, Golden, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Gurteen, Donohill. October 15th , 2025 (Peacefully) in the excellent care of the staff of the Woodlands Nursing Home, Dundrum.
Betty: Predeceased by her husband Willie and sister Mary. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her nephews the Moloney family Jerry, Donal, Richard and James, the Flood family, Willie, Mary, Mairead and Joan and their families, relatives, neighbours, her kind carers and very close friends.
