The greyhound sales return to Curraheen Park this coming Saturday, January 18, and the catalogue consists of 60 lots with a great mixture of unraced puppies and experienced trackers.
Previous sales have gone extremely well and they have produced plenty of impressive winners at all the various tracks in both Ireland and the UK.
Here's a couple to watch out for below:
No doubt many more will impress on the day.
LOT 2: KRANKY SAKO (Well-bred October puppy with a fantastic winning trial performance last time out, clocking 29.43. With age, expect plenty of improvement. One to watch for sure.)
LOT 5: ROSSHILL ANNIE (September youngster who impressed when winning around Limerick last time out. Displayed plenty of all-round pace and looks like a nice sort going forward.)
LOT 9: SPORTING MAMBO (Kennel often brings a nice one to the sales. That was a decent opening trial effort and should be more to come. Keep a close eye on this young lady.)
LOT 11: DELLSER DAVY (September puppy who caught the eye when winning sole qualifying trial, posting 29.59 around course and distance. Kennel has often produced nice sorts at the sales.)
LOT 12: ROSSHILL JASPER (September puppy who looked good in winning his trial around Galway when stopping the clock in 30.05. Should be plenty more to come from one so young.)
LOT 18: DEELISH ONESIE (July puppy who is bred in the purple. Eye-catching winning trial in the book and kennel often produces some very nice types. Worth a second look.)
LOT 19: HARDY BUCKO (Much improved winning trial performance last time out. July puppy has a bright future ahead and he's one to watch on the day.)
LOT 20: CLONGEEL BONO (Decent winning trail performance when clocking 30.16 around course and distance. Nice first mark on his card and expect him to come forward on that run. Interesting type.)
LOT 22: SALEEN CAILIN (Has caught my eye in two runs around Tralee. Looks well graded and should be winning plenty of races going forward.)
LOT 30: MADASABRUSH (Two smart winning trial runs in the book.
Impressive around Cork and Kilkenny. Pacey sort and should go well once more.)
LOT 40: DASHGROVE JUNIOR (A wide margin trial winner around course and distance when stopping the clock 29.74. Plenty of improvement expected from the May puppy. A nice sort.)
LOT 49: DASHGROVEMALACHI (A member of the same litter of lot 40 and another worth watching out for on the day. A smart 29.68 winning trial in the book. Should improve on that here.)
