ENTRIES REQUIRED FOR TWO VALUABLE CLONMEL STAKES

This Friday, August 28th, will see two valuable sweepstakes get underway at Clonmel Greyhound Stadium, with the track still accepting entries for both competitions.

First up is the 1XBET A1/A2 550, which carries an excellent €2,000 first prize. The event is open to 24 greyhounds that have never been better than A0.

Also getting underway is the Eamon Gleeson Memorial A4/A5 525, with a generous €2,200 awaiting the eventual winner. Again catering for 24 greyhounds, the competition is open to runners that have never been better than A3. Owners and trainers should note that all potential entrants must have raced at least three times over four bends.

With Clonmel still a few entries short for both competitions, the closing date has been extended until 10am tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th.
