RACING & TRIAL SCHEDULE UPDATE ANNOUNCED FOR SHELBOURNE PARK

Greyhound Racing Ireland today confirmed important updates to the racing and trialling schedule at Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium, effective from the week commencing 23rd March 2026.

Racing Schedule

Shelbourne Park will operate a three-night weekly racing programme from the above date 2026 as follows:

Tuesday Night Racing

Friday Night Racing

Saturday Night Racing

The third weekly race meeting will take place on Tuesday nights (replacing Thursday evenings) and will commence on 24th March 2026.

Doors will open at 6.30pm on Tuesday nights, with the first race scheduled for 19.57.

Trialling Schedule: Effective Week Commencing 23rd March

The updated trialling schedule at Shelbourne Park will be as follows:

Official Trials

Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

5.30pm - 6.00pm

All greyhounds must be weighed in by 5.30pm

All Official Trials must be booked in advance

Unofficial Trials

Monday

9.30am – 2.30pm

All Unofficial trials must be booked in advance

These changes are designed to optimise racing operations, and enhance the overall race night experience for patrons.
