ROLEX NAMED UK’S GREYHOUND OF THE MONTH

Dazl Rolex has been named the TIME Greyhound Nutrition Greyhound of the Month in the UK following his wonderful victory in the Golden Jacket at Crayford. Of course, the powerful son of Superior Panama is still partly owned by his breeder Dolores Ruth.

It was quite a February for Dolores as she also captured the Tote Gold Cup at Shelbourne Park on the same day with Boylesports Coco.

Well done to owners Tony Brealey, Roger Cearns and Dolores Ruth and to handler Ricky Holloway on their success with Dazl Rolex. No doubt he will be a big player in the top staying events in the UK for the remainder of 2024.  

Incidentally the other nominees for Greyhound of the Month were Allowdale Cazoo, Bubbly Inferno, Churchfield Syd, Clona Curly, Garfiney Blaze, King Capaldi and Links Maverick.
