TIME GRADERS DERBY ENTRIES FLYING IN

Now firmly established on the Irish greyhound racing calendar, the TIME Greyhound Nutrition Graders A4 Derby is fast approaching at Limerick, with entries already flooding in for the lucrative competition.

The track have confirmed that 30 greyhounds have already been entered for the opening round, with the first heats scheduled to get underway on Saturday, May 30th.

With a massive €20,000 winner’s prize on offer, it comes as little surprise that interest in the event has been exceptionally strong and connections are being encouraged to submit entries as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

As a reminder to owners and trainers, the competition carries a strict time stipulation, with any greyhound breaking the 28.90 barrier in either of the opening two rounds set to be eliminated from the Derby.

For 72 greyhounds @ €50 entry

Winner €20,000

Backgraders allowed – minimum of two races run over any distance

Any greyhound breaking 28.90 in the opening two rounds will be eliminated

Preference given to TIME Club Members

Starts Saturday, May 30th - (Depending on entries, first round may run Friday, May 29th and Saturday, May 30th)
